    Hi
I currently have two issues which I am seeking help for

    1. Linked YouTube videos no longer work across a number of pages – typically they are positioned in Easy Sliders. The backup images are not showing either on PC but are showing on mobile. They were working fine 10 days ago.

    2. Full screen images do not show on the home page on mobile devices but show on subsequent pages

Any help to resolve these issue would be great.

    Thanks

    Hey R_D,

Sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.8.6.2) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.8.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Thanks for your help Rikard
I updated the theme and the YouTube videos are now working
The full screen images on the home page however are still not showing on mobile; they resemble a blurred image
Any further help to resolve this would be great – thanks!

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. I checked your site on mobile, but it looks good on my end. Could you post a screenshot of the problem, and let us know how to reproduce it please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard
