    The image of the YouTube videos is not shown, and now they open in another window. before they reproduce in my web and the image was seen.

    What can be?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    The latest version (v4.6.1) is now available on Themeforest. It contains fix for the new privacy features, specifically for the [av_privacy_allow_cookies] which is now going to be enabled by default when it’s not available in the privacy page or the modal popup window.

    Thank you for the update.

    Yes, we are aware of that. The videos are not displaying properly because the user didn’t enable or accept the cookies. The user or any visitor to the site should accept the cookies in order to enable these elements including video embeds.

    Hi Ismael,

    i understand the EU rights and i am aware of that to. But when i understand it right: Youtube should load when i accept the cookies.

    That does not work on our site after update.

    So the user cannot accept everything with the ok button only? Is it necessary for the user to accept all cookies one by one?

    Hi Ganubis and Tobias,

    Are you both using the latest version of the theme (4.6.2)? We have made some adjustments to the GDPR functionality which should make things a bit better by default.
