The header background youtube video stopped working on this page: https://alamotitlesa.com/venturaplaza/
The video link is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sRKLm737ilcThe youtube link is working and I tried embedding it as iFrame on the page and its working, its only not working of its used as a background video. Also the Enfold generated link on the front-end is:
If you open this link on the browser its also showing “This video is unavailable.”, but if you remove the paramater “&playlist=player_25_1360716668_1989316790&wmode=opaque” from the URL, it will load the video.
you got a lot of parameters behind your video id – some of them are deprecated.
see please : https://developers.google.com/youtube/youtube_player_demoi guess the playlist option is confusing here – what exactly did you enter to the video input field ?

you are using Enfold 4.4 ( for that moment – the Version 4.8.4 needs some bugfixes – so updating is for now not a good idea ) but i think you should update in the next time.Hi LM2012,
Sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.8.4) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.8.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

RikardThanks for the reply. I have now fixed through updating Enfold to latest version.
Wordpress 5.5 and up now includes in its core functionality to replace old theme file with the new zip uploaded so plugin is not necessary anymore.Thank you.
