Hi,
I just noticed that the add to cart button is not working on mobile devices on your theme. Adding items work on laptops/desktops but not on mobile devices.
Thanks!
LarryJune 16, 2016 at 5:53 am #649007Hi dj1arry,
You have a few plugins which needs updating, could you try doing that? If that doesn’t help then please disabling all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them.
Thanks,
RikardJune 16, 2016 at 6:33 am #649031Hi Rikard,
It seems to be happening every time I tried to update to the latest version of woocommerce. I had revert back to the old version because the cart is not working even on regular browsers-
Thanks!

June 17, 2016 at 6:43 am #649601Hi Larry,
We’ve had other users report problems with the latest version of WooCommerce as well, so it might be a good idea to stick to the second most recent until WooCommerce comes out with a fix. Would that be ok for you?
Thanks,

June 21, 2016 at 6:19 pm #651621Hello Vinay,
Yes I reverted back to the old version of WooCommerce. I have WooCommerce version 2.4 and I have the latest version of Enfold theme.
I just noticed that the Shipping Methods are not showing up. I’ve installed WooCommerce Shipping Display Mode to see if it will work, but it won’t.Do you guys have any fix for this problem?
Sorry for all the problems. I love your theme but WooCommerce is just killing me.
Thanks!
LarryJune 21, 2016 at 10:06 pm #651751Hey!
I totally understand, WooCommerce guy’s are in touch with us and I hope an update will be released soon. As rikard suggested wait until an update is released if you are using other 3rd party plugins to enhance WooCommerce we would be interested to know what the plugin author say about it as they know their plugins best.
Best regards,
VinayJune 21, 2016 at 11:11 pm #651770Hi Vinay,
The free plugins that I installed didn’t work.
Anyway, I look forward to the next release of WooCommerce. It’s just that it’s affecting my business if we can’t get the options for shipping methods to appear on the website.
Thanks!

Thanks for sending me the link. I’d rather wait for the update because the code customization is difficult for me. Please see my private message.

AndyJuly 19, 2016 at 3:45 am #662321Hi Yigit,
I’ve been having problems with the tax rate calculation. Usually, it calculates taxes based no states. Our website only charges 9.5% tax for sales coming from California. But I noticed today that the website is charging taxes for all the states. So I did a lot of trial and error in configuring the settings, but none worked. I tried to update my WooCommerce to the latest version, but it’s still the same problem. When I updated it to the latest WooCommerce, on the system status, I noticed that there’s a red flag on the Woocommerce_sessions that says:
woocommerce_sessions Table does not existDo you know how can I create this table? I had to restore my site to previous backup because the updating it to the latest woo commerce because it will ‘Your Cart Is Empty” at the checkout page.
Thanks!

July 21, 2016 at 1:42 pm #663395Hi,
have you got the same issue with a default WordPress theme as well?
Please ask WooCommerce support about it, as they know their plugin best.
Best regards,
Andy -
