Hi, I recently updated enfold to 4.5 and I started getting the error on Instagram widget:
Only visible for admins: You need to specify an instgram username. No images available at the moment
I tried deleting cache, deactivating and activating plugins, changing the theme, but couldn’t find anything that worked. I used this on previous versions to make the widget work: https://www.dropbox.com/s/k0te522ilwdcpik/class-framework-widgets.php?dl=0
But, this doesn’t work with version 4.5.
November 5, 2018 at 3:06 pm #1029916Hey mustafaturksavas,
Can you disable caching and minification for now?
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
Best regards,
VictoriaNovember 5, 2018 at 3:15 pm #1029922Hey Victoria, like I said, I even tried disabling all plugins but didn’t change anything. Adding temp access data in private box.
Thanks.

Can you please remove the widget, clear the cache and try adding the widget again?

VictoriaNovember 7, 2018 at 11:48 am #1030804Hi Victoria,
That was the first thing I’ve done. Besides, I already created an account for you guys to solve the problem, and it’s been 5 days and I still haven’t received any helpful response.
November 10, 2018 at 7:51 pm #1032070Hi mustafaturksavas,
Here is a thread for you to consider

VictoriaNovember 10, 2018 at 7:56 pm #1032074Hi Victoria,
Actually, that’s not a thread for me to consider, because I’ve already tried that and mentioned in my post. It’s been a week and it looks like no one is even reading this post. Please read before answering them and I’ve provided you with a user as requested, but it seems like Kriesi stopped providing support.

Are you guys actually working on the issue though? I haven’t seen anything indicating that you guys actually acknowledge that there is an issue. It’s been 17 days and I honestly can’t tell if anyone actually read my initial post.

Yes, we are sorry for that, but we handle issues with priorities of how big is a bug or how many times reported as an issue.
We assure you we try our best to handle all of those, the quickest we can.Best regards,
