The fexible masonry is sorting the products wrong.
In the last rows it is not following the ascending order.
The probem exists just for “flexible masonry”. How can we fix this?- This topic was modified 8 years, 3 months ago by Formgeven.

September 12, 2016 at 5:15 am #684869Hey!
I’m not sure why the items are swapped but the product images have the same sizes so you can set the Size Settings to Perfect Grid instead of Flexible Masonry. And I can’t edit page because the WP bar is missing and I can’t find it in the Pages panel.

September 19, 2016 at 2:04 pm #688466Hi,
Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem. Let us know about your results here.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)If this does not help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

did you have an idea for solving the problem?Best regards
JoschaSeptember 23, 2016 at 2:31 pm #690750Hi,
Polylang is known for causing conflicts, that’s why we recommend to use WPML instead. Deactivate ALL of your plugin, clear browser cache, hard refresh a few times and check again. If it still happens, then remove the product in question and then rebuild it again. What happens if you use only one tag for the product in question?
Best regards,
