Hi Guys,
I am having a bit of trouble accessing the Enfold backend. I am using WPML and the backend just rolls in the circle – I have removed all the plugins, updated WordPress and theme, and did almost everything!
Can you guys please check? Thanks.
Hey namgyal,
Thanks for the login details. You are getting a 403 error on the admin-ajax.php WordPress file on that page. I’m not sure exactly why that is though. Could you enable debug mode, so that we can try to move the content of the problem page, to a test page please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. We can do it for you, if you give us permission to do so.
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi Rikard,
Thank you very much for your reply. Well, I have enabled the debug mode on the site (and it’s showing on the page as well). Would really appreciate if you could check into it.
Thanks,
Namgyal
Hi,
Thanks for that. I created a test page, and the problem seems to be the use of the word get.
Troubleshoot: Text Block element not loading
This is a rare case but if typing certain words, such as “get“,”include“, “select” or “head” in Text Block element breaks it after saving, there might be a modsec rule in firewall settings causing this issue.
This is a security measure taken by hosting providers and it is not a theme issue. You can contact your hosting providers and ask them to whitelist those words and that should fix the issue.

The test page is working after I removed all instances of the word get.
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi Rikard,
Thank you very much for your response. I did have a chat with the hosting provider and I think the issue has been resolved.
Thanks again for the great support!
Best Regards,
Namgyal
