When I went into the website, I tried to install the enfold parent theme which I had recently bought from themeforest.net . However, although I downloaded both “All files and documentation” files, along with the “Installable WordPress File Only”, I was unable to upload either of these files into my wordpress account. Why is this so? A window appears, saying ‘Are you sure you want to do this?’ and a ‘Please try again’ hyperlink. Somebody help me please.

If you want to install it via the WordPress dashboard then you’ll need to use the “Installable WordPress File Only”.
If you download the “All files and documentation” then you’ll need to extract it on your desktop and only upload the “enfold” folder into your WordPress theme directory via FTP, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/.

ElliottHi Elliott! Thanks for the quick reply. I uploaded both files, ‘Installable WordPress File Only’, along with the ‘All files and documentation’ files, but the same screen still shows up.
I am not sure how to proceed though because neither file works. :(

@ebonyanna Have you referred to the link Elliott posted here – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/wordpress-failure-uploading-enfold-parent-theme/#post-561769? If you have and if it still did not help, please start a new thread and post WordPress admin logins, FTP access and post them in private content field. Also, please upload the latest version of enfold.zip file you downloaded from ThemeForest so we can install the theme for you.Best regards,
