    Hello,

    I am rather stumped on this one. I cannot get Woocommerce products to show in the Admin Menu. I can get to the products via the URL (/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product) and any other item (categories, add new, ect) but it is not showing in it’s usual place in the menu right under WooCommerce. I have done the following:

    1) Disabled all plugins (but Woocommerce) still does not show
    2) Searched the theme for: show_in_menu, remove_action, unregister_post_type, and remove_post_type_support and did not find any code conflict
    3) Attempted to add Woocommerce files to the theme itself in hopes of over writing theme settings, but no dice.

    Please let me know if there is anything I am missing and I can send screenshots if needed,

    Hi,

    I’m not sure why the Products panel is NOT visible in the dashboard but there’s a huge chance that this is a plugin conflict. Please try to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce then activate the others one at a time.

    When I deactivate Enfold, the products reappear again in the admin left panel….

    Hi,

    I see. We tried to deactivate the plugins but it was denied. Could you please give the user full admin rights so that we can configure every settings in the dashboard?

    when changing to default theme the products apear again in the admin left menu. I sent you new login details and sftp details. please try again. thank you for trying :-)

    Hey Guys,

    And sorry for the long standing silence. I found the cause of the issue and it was that the WordPress and Woocomm need to be at the latest version (4.5.3 and 2.6.4 respectively). I was a single version behind on both (4.5.2 and 2.6.3) when I was not getting the products. It was a strange php error on the Template Tag for the products CPT that lead me to believe an update would fix it and it did.
