I’m trying to make a page with product sliders or product grids but the items in the columns are not getting the right class. I want 5 products per row and the first one works fine but the next one’s are rows with less items. When i look at the code i can see that the first
- item should have the class ‘first’ and the last should have the class ‘last’. In the rows with less items the classes are not right. When i edit the code in DevTools so the classes a right then everything is okay.
I don’t want to jump into conclusions but it seems there is a bug in the product sliders. I found a few topics about this problem but none with a good solution. How can i fix this?

May 9, 2018 at 3:22 pm #953979Hey Maarten,
Thank you for using Enfold.
This issue is already fixed in latest version of the theme. Do you have version 4.3.1? Please provide the site url.

Thanks for the update. I can’t reproduce the issue on my own installation. Please provide the login details in the private field. We would like to check if there are duplicated files in the config-templatebuilder > aviashortcodes folder.

You can login at (removed). I noticed that the first category is ok but the problem starts at the second category, also when you change the order.

May 18, 2018 at 8:15 am #958460Hi,
Thanks for the update. I can’t access the Appearance > Editor panel though. Please enable it. What is the version of the theme? The version info is missing from the parent theme files.

Thanks for the update. The site is not running on the latest version of the theme. I’m not sure which version it is currently on but it’s not version 4.4 because some features are missing. Please upgrade to version 4.4.

IsmaelJune 5, 2018 at 8:59 am #967078Hello Ismael,
On the page Enfold Child > Theme Update it says: No Updates available. You are running the latest version! () But there should be a version number behind this line and this is missing. Is this because i use a child theme?

MaartenJune 6, 2018 at 9:50 am #967721Hello Ismael,
On this formumpage i found a link to a Enfold Child theme and i’ve used this one on a testlocation but i still get the same: No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (). Maybe there is a problem with updating Enfold when using a child theme?

MaartenJune 7, 2018 at 11:04 pm #969827Hi,
The latest version of the theme is 4.4.1. You’re probably referring to the WordPress version. Please download the latest version of the theme from your themeforest account and update your installation via FTP.

IsmaelJune 11, 2018 at 9:46 am #971035Hello Ismael,
Ok, i will try this and it will probably work but can you explain why i don’t see the version number of Enfold and why it is not possible to update Enfold through WordPress when i’m using a child theme? I have a lot of websites with an Enfold child theme and i don’t want to update them all via FTP.
Kind regards,
MaartenJune 12, 2018 at 6:15 am #971532Hi,
We are not sure why the auto update is not visible on your server but it’s usually due to database transients or cached entries. Please try to sweep the database.

I used Sweep but no succes. Do you have other suggestions? Am i the only one having this problem?

MaartenJune 12, 2018 at 9:48 am #971603Hello Ismael,
After uploading the 4.4.1 version of Enfold by FTP the problem with the version number on the Enfold Theme Update page is also solved! And you we’re right, the original problem with the Woocommerce product slider is also solved. You can close this topic now. Thanks for all your help!
