    Hi,

    I am using woocommerce 3.4.6 and enfold 3.8 (could not update to 4.5, could you please provide some help on this?). The thing is that since last woocommerce update product pages are blank – but the shop works smoothly. Everything is fine: the catalog, the cart, the payments but NOT THE PRODUCT PAGE. I have been trying to rollback woocommerce with no success and also been tried to update the theme with no success neither.

    Could you please help?

    Please help! I am not 100% interested in the theme update, I can wait until the fix is released but I do need my product pages back!

    Hi,

    I been trying with other themes and the product pages are OK. The problem seems to be with ENFOLD only. Please help.

    Hi,

    3.8 is pretty old by now, so that is the likely problem. Could you try updating to 4.5 please? The automatic updates are not working with the version you are using, but you should be able to upload and install the new version using this this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/. You can also update manually via FTP if you prefer that: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Please note that you might have to delete the old version before you upload the new one in order for it to install properly.
