Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Thanks for giving us admin access.
The issue is now fixed, the cache just needs to be flushed.Best regards,
NikkoOctober 2, 2019 at 1:05 pm #1144155Thank you, Nikko, you’ve my confirmation as it’s been fixed.
I am sure that, I’ve tried to flush the cache several times. Did you do something specific for flushing the caches?
Because one of our other websites (which is not Enfold and not WooCommerce) has some caching issue with WP-Rocket.
I configured 7 hours settings to automatically flush the cache but sometimes it’s not working properly.Thank you.
October 3, 2019 at 7:09 am #1144366Hi Oref,
In this case, there’s nothing specific but in some cases when flushing out doesn’t seem to work in wp-rocket, sometimes switching to another theme, check then switch it back again works.
If not, you can do this via cpanel or ftp and manually delete the cached files so it will generate new ones.Best regards,

November 2, 2019 at 5:59 pm #1153328Hi Rikard,
The site was infected we fixed it already and got Google removed us from their blacklist. I updated the php and wordpress and the enfold. I put separate support post actually for my issue. But can you help me with the pictures showing twice?
Thanks!

November 3, 2019 at 5:13 am #1153446Hi greencastle07,
Thanks for the update, the warning is gone now. I see the problem you are having but that should be fixed a long time ago and I see that you are running a very old version of the theme. Could you try to update to the latest version (4.6.3.1) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.6.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
After you have updated then try to activate the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
