    Hi There,

    I’ve recently updated a website running Enfold to both the latest version of WooCommerce and Enfold.

    Unfortunately, this seams to break the PDF Product Vouchers extension for WooCommerce. My product image and description disappear but also the additional boxes that a customer would usually fill in for the gift voucher.

    I have ruled out any plugin conflicts. Switching from Enfold to the Twenty Seventeen theme, the plugin works correctly and all of the correct fields etc are displayed on the product page.

    Were there any changes moving to Enfold 4.0 or newer that would cause this extension to not work correctly?

    Could I please have some assistance with this issue?

    I’m not sure why WooCommerce and this extension have been working perfectly with Enfold for several years and then all of a sudden, won’t display correctly.

    Hi msfancypants,

    There is an error in the JavaScript of that plugin. That’s why it’s not working. There could be a plugin conflict. Can you disable all plugins and see if the error remains.

    Works with other templates, so it seems that it’s Enfold theme there is the problem.
    There are also still problems with Enfold’s 4.1 variant image view (in my opinion it’s the nicest) – only works if you choose woo standard.

    (Hope you also find a solution to this, so you can use both image options)

    Note: Enfold works with product voucher version: 3.0.7 – but when you update to Version 3.1.0 something goes wrong with Enfold ‘breaks’ image and and descripton +.

    Hope you can solve this isue, as it’s a very popular plugin developed for woo.

    I’ve tried disabling plugins and no change.

    Definitely appears to be something in a recent change to the Enfold theme.

    My experience is the same as Pete’s above.

    I would suggest you get a fresh copy of the plugins files and replace them, or delete the plugin and install again.

    Hi,

    It looks like, latest version 3.1.2 ‘PDF Product Vouchers’ fixed this problem – at least on my sites
