    So clients could see what is in the cart from the menu area
    and we don’t see it yet

    Hey Nathan,

    Have you tried contacting plugin authors?
    Also, you can use Enfold’s own mini cart in Enfold theme options > Shop Options > Header Shopping Cart Icon.

    ok maybe using the Enfold mini cart would be more supportive if it’s already integrated

    Hi,

    Have you modified header.php or includes/helper-main-menu.php files on your child theme? If you have, please copy fresh ones from Enfold 4.4.1 and apply the same changes on your child theme on fresh copies.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update.

    The site is running on an old version of the theme, 4.0.7. You have to upgrade the theme to version 4.4.1 to fix the cart issue.

    I need support upgrading the theme, please
    once I bought the enfold theme is that limitless updates
    or do I need to go to ThemeForest and buy a new key?

    No you don’t have to buy anything additional, I’m guessing the automatic update is not working on your installation? If so then please try to update manually: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update

    Hi,

    You’re welcome. The automatic update feature is no longer usable for older versions of the theme because the API used there has been deprecated. You need to upgrade the theme to version 4.5.4 manually via FTP, register a personal token and then you’ll be able to use the automatic update again in the future.

    Please don’t hesitate to open a new thread if you need anything else.
