    Hi there

We have had a problem where a customer was able to backorder a product – even though all of the settings are set to ‘do not back order’ and the inventory was at ‘0’.

The product with sku of TUITAHILASERCUT was order via WooCommerce even though it has already ZERO quantity

We have talked to WooCommerce and they can’t replicate the issue and neither can another plugin we use (Linksync). Could it be an issue with Enfold?

    Hey tankerhq,

Enfold does not do any manipulation with products. Maybe it was a concurrent request issue, but then again, it’s not Enfold, it’s server/database transactions/Wordpress issue. In Enfold + WooCommerce, Enfold is just presentation, plus plugins and custom functionality you might have added.

If you need further assistance please let us know.

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hi,
Glad Victoria was able to help, we will close this now. Thank you for using Enfold.
    Best regards,
    Mike
