After upgrading to Woocommerce 5.5 and Enfold, I noticed that the slider/grid/product list doesn’t work anymore.
I also noticed that the countdown timer is not active either…

I’m in PHP 7.4 and all my plugins are up to date (as long as it’s available) .

Is there a known problem with this?

    Hey Jean,

Could you please give us a link to your website, we need more context to be able to help you.

    Best regards,

Thank you for your response, Victoria. I gave you the URL in private.
If you need an admin login, I can create it for you.

Thanks for that. I’m not sure I can see the problem on the page you linked to or not though, could you post a screenshot highlighting the problem please? Also please post a link directly to the page where we can see the problem, if it’s not on the home page.

    Best regards,

    Hi, ok
    The front-end problem :

    The back-end configuration :

I use “jQuery Migrate Helper” to see where there are problems since the upgrade to version 5.5 of WordPress. It gives me this message on some back-end pages. jQuery.fn.attr(‘checked’) might use property instead of attribute

    If I add a simple Woocommerce shortcode (like [products limit=”4″ columns=”4″ best_selling=”true” ]) it works…

Thanks for that. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Best regards,

Hello, thank you for your reply. The informations are in the private content.

In order to stimulate sales on this site, I put a shortcode while waiting for the problem to be solved.

Thanks for that. I’m seeing lots of error messages on your site, some seems related to jQuery and some seems to be coming from your caching plugin. What happens if you deactivate all plugins to see what happens then? If the problems go away then you can activate the plugin one by one to which one is causing the problems on your site.

    Best regards,

I just did that, but obviously it doesn’t correct anything.
Maybe delete the Enfold files and put it back?

i have the same problems and more with woocommerce, my shop is broken now

    Thank you for considering this.

Maybe that’s not what’s causing the worries, but I thought it would be interesting to let you know.

    Hi creadao,

I’m very sorry for the late reply. I still see a lot of error messages on your site, and they seem to be related to your caching plugin. Could you give us permission to temporarily disable plugins for debugging purposes please?

    Best regards,

Hello, you can disable the plugins for debugging.

    I find the bug,

I have the same issues, but, after debug, i found a solution :

The shortcode generate with the menu :

    [av_productgrid categories='40' wc_prod_visible='' wc_prod_hidden='show' wc_prod_featured='' wc_prod_additional_filter='' sort='dropdown' prod_order='' offset='0' columns='3' items='9' paginate='yes' alb_description='' id='' custom_class='']

    Doesn’t work,

but if i delete : wc_prod_hidden=’show’ in shortcode this is ok

    This work fine !

And now, when i show filter for the item woocommerce menu editor… the filter is buged by default, see menu video controler… not the good place.

    Hi Fabrice,

    Thanks for sharing your solution!

We have figured out that issue is related to French translation and we will be updating it in upcoming version.

Please download updated French language files here – and upzip them in inside /enfold/lang folder :)

    Best regards,
