The widget area’s dont open. Also in the website certain items don’t work the wa the should.
Tried:
– Installing a old version of Enfold.
– Deactivation all pluginsJuly 17, 2016 at 10:55 am #661718Hey LP-Media,
Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. I’m not sure how you created your child theme but if you should need a fresh one you can download one here: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/downloads/
Thanks,
RikardJuly 18, 2016 at 1:18 pm #661927Hi Rikard,
The website is using the latest version of Enfold. The child theme was created with a child theme generator plugin, the result is them same a downloading the child theme.
Do you gave any other tips?

July 18, 2016 at 2:39 pm #661996Hi,
A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for the js error in the console.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)
Best regards,
VinayJuly 18, 2016 at 2:54 pm #662015Dear Vinay,
I tried this allready and checked it again a second ago. The problem still exists.
Also tried:
– Deactivated compression on the server
– using the original theme instead of child
– Using other theme -> this worked so the problem should be enfold related…July 19, 2016 at 8:46 am #662360Any updates on my issue?

July 24, 2016 at 4:02 pm #664388Hi,
We re-saved the Settings > General options and the Widgets area started to work again. There’s probably an unwanted space in the WordPress-adres (URL) value.
