    Hello,

I added a widget area to my secondary menu following these directions so that I could add a button shortcode instead of a plain text menu. But, the button only shows up if I have an item listed in my secondary menu. I don’t want anything in that menu, but when I delete it, the button disappears too. Ideally, I would like just the purple button that says “Schedule an Appointment” and not the text above. Is there a way to get the widget area to show up without having a secondary menu?

    Thanks for your help!

Never mind! I was able to find a work around. I just pasted the button shortcode into the “Phone number or small info text” box under Header settings and it works perfectly. A much simpler solution :)
