Is there a way to ask someone if a question is not answered in the forum or by searching the knowledge base?
I have a question about the slider. I am trying to use the layer slider (worked fine the last time I bought this theme) and this time it wants a license key. I entered the item purchase code and that did not work. I thought the slider was included in the theme, it sure was last time.
Please help.

You can use the Layer Slider that comes with the theme. It is fully functional if you want to use some premium features than you need to buy the license for the Layer Slider. Also, the updates come with the theme with a slight delay, if you want them to be available immediately, you will need a license for that.
