    Hi,

    I moved my website over to another hosting account and I get the WSOD. I am able to login to the admin dashboard and I read where this may be theme related. I activated the default theme and the site comes up just fine. When I am using the enfold theme, I noticed that none of the theme option screens show up. Please help.

    Hey dosextreme,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    The site is running on a very old version of the theme, 3.2.3, which is not compatible with the latest WordPress versions. You have to upgrade it to version 4.4.1 and then reconfigure some of the new options.

    Hi Ismael,

    I renewed support and downloaded and installed the latest version (copied over my parent theme). Now I am unable to access the website at all (no admin), so I renamed the parent theme and I can access the dashboard, but it says the parent theme is unavailable. If I rename the child theme, then I can get to the dashboard with the default theme. Help.

    Hi,

    Sorry but we only connect to sites that are publicly accessible.

    Please try deleting wp-content/themes/enfold folder and try re-uploading it via FTP – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#reinstall-or-update-using-ftp

    Then please try replacing /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/element-manager.class.php file with this one – https://pastebin.com/M1zMhK7q and refresh WP dashboard a few times and check if that helps.

    BTW, I use a child theme (in case there is anything I need to update on it).

    Hi,

    Glad that the site is up again! :)
    I would like to access it but the login credentials are not working. Please check it carefully.
    Did you check the Appearance > Menus panel? Make sure that your main menu is set as Enfold Child Main Menu under the Theme Locations section.
    Again, you may need to reconfigure some of the Enfold and WordPress options because a lot has changed since 3.2.3.
