    Just updated my support and tried to install the Enfold theme. The second I do, I get the white screen of death. Any suggestions?
    I already renamed the plugins folder to see if it was a plugin issue.

    Hi,

    Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update and try re-updating the theme via FTP. If that does not help, please post FTP and WP admin logins here privately so we can look into it.

    Already tried that and unfortunately got the same results. I also tried installing an older version of Enfold and that one works. The second I do an update I’m back to a white screen.

    Hi,

    I noticed you were using a very old PHP version, 5.2. I changed it to 5.6 which is minimum recommended PHP version. Please review your website.

    Thanks. That was my first thought and I had changed it to 7, 7.1 and 7.2 and nothing was happening! Oh well, as long as it works now.
