    Hi

    I have just updated a clients website using the instructions in the thread https://kriesi.at/support/topic/updating-to-enfold-4-5-and-validating-personal-token/. I created a new token for the theme, downloaded a new version of Enfold from theme forest, installed the “Update Theme and Plugins from Zip File” plugin, then uploaded the new version of Enfold. When I clicked on the ‘Return to themes page’ the screen went white.

    Can you please help? I have followed these instructions on 4 other websites with no problems, not sure what happened. I have included the web link and login credentials in the private content.

    Hey peta_moonstone,

    I get a 500 internal server error when I try to access your site. What version of PHP are you running on the server? What happens if you rename the plugin folder via FTP?

    Hi Rikard
    So sorry I should have noticed this – it was php version 5.4 I have upgraded it and it’s now working again :)
