I just ran an update to the latest version of the website and now I can no longer access the site in any way and it is only loading a white screen.
I only have FTP access, but no access to the actual hosting account otherwise. Can you please help me fix this asap? This is a very difficult client :( …
I do have a backup and downloaded the settings file. But since I cannot access anything, I cannot reload the backup.
All details posted below if you need access.
Please disregard, for some reason, everything returned to normal now, but took about 20 minutes and now it’s working.
