    Dear Enfold team,

    I am very happy with your template.
    But I have tried an update for 3 websites and all a white pages afterwards (website disappeared). I was happy to be able to put it back with an earlier template. But will there be a safe update soon? At this moment I really do not want to change anything.

    Hey RO_buro,

    It will be difficult to help you out if we can’t see the actual problem, would you be able to copy your site to a staging area and perform the update there maybe?

    Thank you for your answer. Hopefully I understand your question, because I need a little time to figure out how to put the site on another area. I try to send you into two week a link of a test site, is that fine for you?

    Hi,

    Yes that is no problem, take your time and let us know when you are done :-)

    As for your problem; it might help if you delete the entire theme folder via FTP, then upload a fresh copy via FTP.
