Website will not load — spinning icon below logo.

All of a sudden my website won’t load and I cannot even access at the admin area. All that shows is the site logo with a spinning icon. Please help.

Edit– i went though and changed the folder names for plugins until i found the problem. WP must have applied an update automatically and broke the site.
