I just updated the Enfold theme last night and since then only the homepage and one other page on the site has the menu still positioned in the original place is the top right hand of the page. All other pages have the main menu now lower in the page view. The logo has also moved so I’m thinking there’s an issue with the header on some pages as a result of the homepage.
I only have a very basic website and I’m not a developer or designer.
Example of the pages with and without errors can be found below:
Homepage (No issue) http://www.stepupdigitalmarketing.com/
About Page (Issue with header having moved) http://www.stepupdigitalmarketing.com/about/
Contact Us (Issue with header having moved) http://www.stepupdigitalmarketing.com/contact/Thanks in advance.

Which version of Enfold did you update from?

Jordan ShannonMay 18, 2017 at 1:34 am #795181Hi Jordan,
How do I find what the previous version was?
All I can see is this message: No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.0.7)
Thanks
Anthony
May 18, 2017 at 1:48 am #795190Hi,
Well if it had been a pretty long time between updates, then it may be getting thrown off by a large number of Enfold updates since then in which case fixing the header issue may be a task if recreating it to fit the modern Enfold framework. If you were consistent and current with updates, then perhaps just making sure all of your custom css has been copied over may do the trick.

Jordan ShannonMay 18, 2017 at 1:51 am #795192Hi,
I’m on the website weekly always making sure all theme and plugin updates are updated. I also don’t have any custom CSS and have never entered any CSS (that I’m aware of) on my site thus why I don’t know it’s only affecting the header/menu/logo on some pages.
Thanks,
Anthony
May 18, 2017 at 7:51 am #795368Hi again,
Is anyone able to provide some guidance on this issue given I don’t have any coding or development knowledge on this theme?
Thanks,
Anthony
May 18, 2017 at 11:40 am #795806Hi,
Do you have a backup of the site prior to the update? If so you can copy the old enfold.css file into the new one. If that does not fix the issue, please share the admin credentials here privately so we can log in and look into this further.

Jordan ShannonMay 18, 2017 at 1:08 pm #795850Hi,
I have had the same problem (headernavigation and logoposition to deep and wrong) after updating from 4.0.5. or so to 4.0.7. Gone back to 4.0.5. backup was the only way to fix the problem. I’m now waiting with my 14 client installations to update to 4.0.7. / or higher until this problem is known and fixed…

May 22, 2017 at 3:52 pm #797717Hi,
I am not able to see the theme files from the dashboard (header.php, etc.). Is it okay if I deactivate your active plugins in an attempt to view those files?

May 23, 2017 at 6:28 pm #798426Hi,
Apologies, but if you could add ftp info as well, it would help in troubleshooting this further.

May 23, 2017 at 11:53 pm #798606Hi,
FTP is basically how we access the root files. It can be accessed via http://ftp.yoursite.com and requires a username and password. Apologies for the time this takes, but these things are oftentimes necessary to properly troubleshoot an issue. If you are still unsure of how FTP works, you can simply provide us hosting control panel info.

May 25, 2017 at 4:05 pm #799626Hi Anthony D,
Hmmm…. I looked today, the header looks the same and acts the same on all pages. Have you guys get it solved or cleared the cache?
Best regards,
VictoriaMay 25, 2017 at 11:18 pm #799879Yes it’s resolved now after I had to employ someone to fix it which cost me money. It was fixed in literally two minutes. Meanwhile, I had emails going back and forth with your support crew for a week. not impressed.
May 26, 2017 at 12:56 am #799904Hi,
