    Hi at Kriesi,

    It is very difficult to get access to support I have been trying everything for a week now, and we really need help!

    At the log in fields I put in the log in information from the purchase at Themeforest, but it keeps saying “You must be logged in to create new topics.”.

    We need help ASAP – please help.

After logging in, you can start new threads under Enfold sub forum – https://kriesi.at/support/forum/enfold/#new-post. Please elaborate on the issues as much as possible and attach screenshots if those would help. You can upload your screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and attach the links in your threads :)
