    Hi!
    I get the following PHP – error my website.

    wp-content/themes/enfold/config-layerslider/LayerSlider/wp/widgets.php:4

    Are there any known fixes to this?

    Hi David,

    I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (5.2.1) to see if that helps please? The update to 5.0 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
    You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
    If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

    Thanks, updated the theme manually.

    When i update the PHP to version 8 the site stops working due to a critical error. I have the following error codes:

    Necessary parts missing:
    wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/assets/js/avia-analytics.js
    wp-content/themes/enfold/config-wordpress-seo/wpseo-mod.js
    wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/assets/js/avia-template-saving.js

    I have a very similar issue, also after updating the theme manually to the latest version in combination with the PHP 8.0 version.

    At the moment I get the PHP error:
    Cannot redeclare av_upcoming_events_fallback()

    If I deactivate the theme, I don’t have an error.

    I think so in the in the enfold tab -> theme update it says “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (5.2.1)”

    But please have a look at the SFTP and the files giving the error if you can, info included in private content:
    wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/assets/js/avia-template-saving.js
    wp-content/themes/enfold/config-wordpress-seo/wpseo-mod.js
    wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/assets/js/avia-analytics.js

    Where exactly are you seeing error messages? What happens if you update your PHP version to 8.x?

    When i update to PHP 8 it just says critical error, and i can’t acess the website or the wp-dashboard. But got an automated mail from WP that the theme was caussing the error.

    Cant post a screen dump here but in the header menu under the query monitor i have the following messages diplayed as critical:

    Mandatory parts missing: avia_analytics_js-hroptimal.se-wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/assets/js/aviaanalytics.js avia_builder_js (missing) avia_yoast_seo_js Version: 5.2.1

    Mandatory parts missing: avia_yoast_seo_js hroptimal.se wp-content/themes/enfold/config-wordpress-seo/wpseo-mod.js avia_analytics_js 5.2.1

    Hi,

    I can’t reproduce those results on a test installation. Does the same thing happen if you deactivate all plugins?

    Hi!

    Sorry for the late response, worked it out. Was as you said a plugin that was messing it up.
    Was just the begining of the error messages that made me think it was the theme “wp-content/themes/enfold/”
