    Hi there,
    I’m stocked with a problem on a client’s website. I have the 4.8.5 Enfold version theme uploaded but the wordpress debugging it’s showing the error messages that I shared in the private content section. Any thoughts?

    Hi gabrieleomini,

    Can you give us an admin access to the site? just change the password once it’s fixed.
    Also, please give us FTP access, so we can try to debug the error.
    Just post the credentials in private content.

    I apologize for the delayed response.
    I tried to access FTP and tried different settings but all results to:

    530 Errore critico: Impossibile collegarsi al server, verificare i dati di autenticazione usati e la corretta configurazione del filtro accessi FTP se attivo

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, login details are working now. I’m not sure exactly where you are seeing these error messages though, could you try to explain that a bit further please? Also please consider updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.6): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
