    Hi,
    I need some help, I am not able to see the Visual Editor when I try to edit a page. I am running WP 4 and 2.9 version of Enfold. Can you please point me in right direction.

    Version you are currently using is not compatible with WordPress 4.0

    Hi!

    Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps? You can then activate them one by one to find the culprit

    I already completed that, I deactivated all plugins.. it did not help.

    I still have an issue., I disabled the cache plugin, refreshed multiple times.. Can you click on the screen shot which you provided to see what I am talking about. I took a screen shot but not sure how to send it to you.

    Hey!

    It’s displaying fine on my end as well. Try navigating to Dashboard -> Users -> Your Profile and make sure that the “Disable Visual Editor when writing” option is not checked.

    Some other things to try,

    1. Make sure all plugins are deactivated.
    2. Log out, clear browser cache, and then log back in.
    3. Switch the theme to the default and back to Enfold.
