Hi,
I am having trouble, a few things have dropped out of a site i’ve been working on.
The hamburger menu on the fron page is missing and the backend visual composer has dropped out.
Any suggestions, I feel the theme needs updating but have never done this before.
Thanks,
Emily

I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to 4.5.4 then activate the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options please? The update to 4.5.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the theme folder, then upload the new version. Please make sure that you have backups of the site before updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

I have managed to do the update although the main menu is not displaying – I’ve set it as an icon for all widths but is non existent.
Thanks,
March 13, 2019 at 9:26 am #1078184Hi,
Did you check that you have selected it to display as the main menu under Appearance->Menus?
Best regards,
RikardMarch 18, 2019 at 1:41 am #1079747Yep, it’s set to main menu – It’s displaying on all pages except for the home page.

March 20, 2019 at 6:59 am #1080674Hi,
You are hiding the header on the front page with this CSS in your child theme style.css file:
.home #header_main, .home .av-section-bottom-logo { display: none!important; }Please try to remove or alter it.
