    Hi,

    Finally, I’m able to login with the most recent FTP details. I checked your site on Windows and Android. Compared to the desktop the theme behaviour is different on mobile (screenshot attached).

    I went thru all the previous post but could not get a clear idea what exactly you are trying to achieve? Would you like to implement the desktop effect on mobile? Please clarify so we can help you better.

    thank you for the update.

    The scroll effect of the Visual Artist demo is still not working on iPad and iPhone (Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Android also), no images are being displayed at all. This seems to be a well-known issue and a lot of other people asked for the same.

    Please find the screenshots in private content box.

    Hi,

    I have applied the patch and added bfixed class to all the color section elements on the homepage. I’m unable to check the website on my android mobile.

    Please, clear cache and review the site :

    1. If a caching plugin is installed check the plugin settings and clear the cache and deactivate the plugins for testing purpose.
    2. Hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”.

    thank you for the update.

    I am trying to resolve this issue since July 11th. Please, just check your demo https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-visual-artist/ on an iPad or iPhone and you will see that this is not working properly!

    Thank for the update.

    I’m still getting the same error, unfortunately. Please try to hire a freelance developer or contact our partner, Codeable, to check if they can access your file server. This is the error:

    Hi Ismael,

    thank you for the update. Vinay was already able to login.However, the problem is not my file server. The problem is your Visual Artist demo. You just have to check the Enfold demo https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-visual-artist/ on an iPad or iPhone and you will see that this is not working properly! So, this is a theme issue.

    Anyway, you can close this topic now. Thank you.

    Hi,

    Sorry, the patch I applied did not work for you and Ismael is getting a file server error when he tries to connect. I’m able to connect only using an unsecured connection to your server. It gave me also an error over normal TSL connection. I will keep a tab on this issue and get back to you as soon as I find a workaround for this.
