I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.5.6) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.5.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
After you have updated then try to activate the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options.

So there was serious random damage that showed up in the elements collapsing on the site. I shared the original link in the private details on the thread.
I’ve been posting in the forum for a week but threads have just been disappearing so I bought a new version of the theme in case that was the problem.I just updated that version from envato. It seems you are still hosting old versions of enfold (infected?) at Envato. You need to make sure they are updated. Also The theme syas its the latest version once logged in. That’s not exactly helpful. I didn’t design the theme, If I did, I would not have designed it that way.
I followed this last week and yesterday. Nothing was fixed.
I have manually updated over ftp. Cleared caches, no resolve.

I have replaced the entIre theme via ftp, and then I used the third party plugin by that other company to try to support the malfunction of the Enfold theme by Kriesi. The old one was deleted first.
What happened to my services page? Why is it collapsed. Is Enfold malware?
This is the last plugin I user, and the page is still in the same condition. Other elements are also wonky on mobile. This has been like this for weeks?Are all versions of enfold infected with this malware, and how can I make sure the appearance goes back to normal?

Hello? Is the virus /malware still active in enfold. Let me know if it is not, still having errors.
Please help this has been this way for seven days with so solution form your support for or comments. This is like a living hell.The other thing is i cant make this page not public any longer. How rich is that? How can this be a professional theme when is just craps like that randomly once a month. Please dear Lord help!

First of all, please calm down :)
We make sure Enfold is as secure as possible. Since none of other users reported such issue, i believe you are misidentifying the issue.
Could you please elaborate on the issue you are having? Do sections disappear when you update the page?
Also, login credentials you shared are not working. Please check them once again.
