    I have pulled in some Vimeo videos into a Fullwidth Easy Slider and they play fine on desktop devices but will not play on mobile (iPhone 7 and iPad) devices. What can I do to get them to play on the mobile devices?

    you mean the do not play at all – or they do not autoplay ?

    they do not play at all. A static image of the video appears with the caption and subhead but the video doesn’t play OR autoplay.

    Hi,

    That is the behavior.
    The videos are not supposed to play on mobile, as per the options that we get from the APIs’ and browser apis’

    Hi,

    Autoplay is disabled on mobile devices, so you would have to add videos where the user can select to play them or not.
