    Hi,

    Videos on two recent websites I’ve produced are showing with black screens. I have the Lazy Load videos selected at Always load videos. On a previous support ticket it was recommended to disable Lazy Load but I can’t see how that’s done.

    The issue occurred after a recent update. Can you advise?

    Below is a link to an image showing what the black screen looks like. The problem is on two websites.

    I did not want to keep my clients waiting any longer so I used iframe code in a code block as a temporary measure whilst waiting.

    Black boxes with the play icon in the middle whether we accepted cookies or not. It’s like this on two other sites I’m working on too. Old sites are fine.

    Victoria, apologies, the above link is the other site I’ve had problems with the videos. The link below is an example of a video for site I sent you logins for.

    Both have same problem and I’ve used iframe in code block until this is sorted.
