    Hi,

    I inserted a video element with Vimeo links but 1 of the 4 video’s isn’t loaded.
    If I insert that same link in a video element on a different page it does load correctly. (see a black square instead of video)
    How come? Link of page is in the private content.

    We’ve had customers with the same problem before, as I recall it it’s a limitation with Vimeo. Before I think they limited calls to one video per page, but maybe that has changed to 3. You could test that by removing the third video on the page for instance. If the current fourth loads then, then it’s likely a limitation on their end. To know for sure then I think you would have to reach out to their support as I can’t find any documentation on it online unfortunately.

    Hi, on a other page there are a lot of videos without any problem (see private content).
    So could it be something else?

    Thanks for that, I guess my theory is wrong then. But I do see a video not loading on that page as well, I guess it’s the same problem causing that to happen. Do you have any lazy loading at all on the site? If so then please try to disable it to see if that makes any difference.

    Thanks for the update, and in the actual Video element options. Do you have the Lazy Load videos option set to Always Load Videos?

    It seems to be an issue with a specific video — it is the only video that doesn’t display on both pages. Did you set the visibility status of the following video to private? (see private field)

    Settings were correct. Tried to re-upload the video so I would get a new link. Changing the link in the site fixed the issue. Pretty weird but it is fixed.
