    Hi guys,

    I have a common problem: videos (in fullscreen slider and in background color section) doesn’t work after Enfold upgrade to 4.3.
    At the beginning when I tried to view videos in “media” they did not work because they were “disabled”. After that I change same settings in “performance” (I tried to put and remove the flag in “disable features” section and I set the other new settings) and now I can view videos in the media but from the site they do not work.
    … what happens?

    Please can someone take a look?

    Update

    The videos stil not working on Chrome, while in Edge I see only a freeze-frame of my videos.
    Besides this, I noticed that also the content slider (always in homepage) does not work properly. Not one line of text is shown at a time, but all together!

    Can you please disable JetPack and see if the issue remains?

    after disabling jetpack nothing has changed.

    on default webm should work – but have you tried mp4 instead?

    Edit : i see you changed it now to youtube pendents.

    Hey Guenni007,

    my videos are locally hosted, one was mp4 and one Webm, but they didn’t work either.
    For now I put videos from Youtube waiting for a fix (I can’t leave my site empty… one of those is the first thing that appears in my home!).

    Hi there,
    I have the same issue. My websites with videos included in the full screen slider don’t play. I can see only grey background. All videos are self hosted MP4 (codec H.265).
    Does anybody have some workaround for that?

    We have notified our developers regarding the issue. Please use a youtube or a vimeo video for now.

    thanks for the info, I have already replaced the videos with youtube links.

    Hello Nikko,

    Version 4.3.1 is installed on cloudeg.com. It has not fixed the background video bug.
