Hello!
I have an easy slider with a video inside of it. I have disabled the autoplay feature, but on mobile, it is still asking for a fallback image.
I have set that particular slider to be hidden on mobile and another color section to appear on mobile with a video component in there, however, I would like to avoid doing this as the placement of the video is where I would like it to be on both platforms.
Is there a work around here?
Thank you in advance!
Hey dvus4l,
Could you post a link to the page in question so that we can take a closer look please?
Best regards,
Rikard
I currently have the middle container that appears hidden on mobile, same with the video that appears on mobile hidden on desktop.
Let me know if you need me to supply login and will happily do in private
Thank you!
Hi,
I have disabled the autoplay feature, but on mobile, it is still asking for a fallback image.
That is the default behavior of video slides. It requires a fallback image regardless of the “autoplay” option.
Best regards,
Ismael
When someone clicks on the fallback image, does the video then play?
Hi,
If you add in a fallback link using the background video url, the video will open inside a lightbox. It won’t play inside the slider.
Best regards,
Ismael
Hi @ismael
i am facing the similar problem, can we autoplay a video for mobile devices? in color section? in fullwidth slider? is there any solution for this?
