    Hello everyone
    I have a problem with a video at the color section.
    When i go to the Page (on mobile) the Video starts until 20 seconds. But If i visit the page on desktop then the video starts immediately.
    Can someone help me to get away the 20 seconds delay on mobile devices?

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    You should NOT be seeing the video on mobile view because by default it’s disabled. How did you enable it? Did you add a fallback image?

    i havent change anything.
    It works fine. But the only problem is that the video starts until 20 sec and not immediately.
    If the theme dont support that have you then any other options (plugins etc.)?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    Where are you testing it? There is a script in the theme that should automatically hide the video on mobile view, so by default it shouldn’t be displaying. Please try to add a fallback image. Or hide the slider on mobile view using the Screen Options, then replace it with an actual Video element.
