    Hello good day
    I have enfold installed on my website, and I want to use a video in a full screen slider, the video is uploaded to the library in mp4 format.
    I can not see the vidio on the web how the demo ones.
    It may be because I have the template without updating, currently I have version 4.5.3, I try to check for updates but it tells me that the purchase token is not valid.

    Please refer to this on how to register your token: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#toggle-id-5. The latest version of the theme is 4.5.5, please try updating to that: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update

    Hello, thank you very much for your answer.
    I have managed to activate and update enfold.
    Anyway, the videos that I put on the pages are not visualized, for example in the demonstration Home v9: Videos and Parallax I edit the full width slider and I add the video http://www.apetamcor.gal/wp-content/uploads /2019/04/AdobeStock.mp4 and it is not displayed, even if I put it in the colored background section.

    Does not work if the video is in the library? .mp4 is a valid extension?

    Hi robertopenedovr46,

    Yes, mp4 is a valid extension.
    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hello
    I have already generated the user so they can verify what happens with the visualization of the video.
    As I said, I’m trying to put it on the Home page v9: Videos and Parallax, in two different ways in the full-width slider and the colored background.
    The video that I am using is http://www.apetamcor.gal/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/AdobeStock.mp4 and also an example video of youtube and what it does is that this video is skipped.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, though your videos are playing fine on my end on the page in private. If you should have any further problems then please try to use the Classic Editor which you can set on the main page of the theme options.
