I am having issues with the fullwidth slider playing video. I did a fix for Chrome by adding the following css:
#top .av-video-slide video {
height: auto !important;
}#top .av-video-slide .mejs-container {
width: 100% !important;
}However, the video is still not playing in Safari. There’s no spinning circle, just a blank grey screen with the caption over the top.

NikkoNovember 24, 2017 at 5:48 pm #881340Thanks for this but I tried this earlier when researching to try to fix it, but this didn’t work and altering the fuctions file broke the entire site.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

BasilisJanuary 10, 2018 at 11:57 pm #895877Hey guys – we have been patiently waiting for this to be fixed…any update on when a new version is coming out with a fix? lots of clients saying Safari desktop users cannot see their videos and a blank screen is not something we can have for that % of their traffic…
