    Hi there,
    I created a website last year with a background video (youtube) on the home page. Everything worked fine. The loop started when the homepage was opened. But now it hasn’t started for 2 months and an error message “The video is not available” appears. Do I need an extra plugin or what could be the problem?

    Hey ingridbrauner,

    First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.7.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please try the Youtube URL in private instead.
