    Hello,

    I followed this post https://kriesi.at/support/topic/background-video-with-no-sound/
    to turn on audio for the Video color section.
    It works great and perfectly on Chrome, but does not play on Safari, and is a small thumbnail on Internet Explorer browser.

    Please help and advise how to get this corrected!!

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Please edit the css > shortcodes.css file, look for the following code and then remove it.

    #top .mejs-container{height: 30px; max-height: 30px}

    Resave the theme options, remove browser cache or do a hard refresh afterwards.

    Thank you –
    I removed the code. The video plays well in Chrome but the video is still not playing in Safari.

    Hi,

    I’m having the same problem. I unmuted the video by changing the code, but after changing the code the video no longer plays on Safari. I’m using Mac OS. The video will work on some other browsers.

    Has there been any resolution to this?

    The solution is not at the website level.

    Hello,
    we have a color section with video and sound on the homepage of our website. After every update the sound was gone. To have the video with sound again, we have followed the post https://kriesi.at/support/topic/background-video-with-no-sound/.The video with sound works well on the desktop. For tablet and mobile phone we have a fall back image, because the video appears with ugly black stripes. After the last update to 4.4. we can’t find the correct section (section.php) anymore. How can we do that now?
    Also on our Easy Slider portfolio page the videos don’t work on mobile anymore. That’s a pity. What can we do to solve the problem?
