    We’ve had a video background (YouTube) to a colored section on our homepage that was working, but as of last week we now see an error message when we are logged in “An error occurred. Please try again later. (Playback ID: ….) Learn More.

    I am unable to click the Learn More link that appears, but when I inspect element and click console, there is an error, “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()”

    The video is live (unlisted) on Youtube and sometimes flickers onto the screen before the error occurs.

    Any insight in how to fix this is appreciated!

    Hey bimsenfold,

    Thanks for the login details. The video which is currently in the Color Section is playing fine on my end, I’m not sure if it’s the same video as you linked to here though?

    Hi there! Apologies for the delay. We did change the o that was playing (now video below, which is a 7 min looping video so fewer people would see the error message).

    Once the video plays once, we see the error that the video is unavailable, meaning it isn’t looping as intended. Whatever the error had been is no longer an issue, but now we see this new problem of the video being unable to loop.
