    Hello,

    When I am logged in I can not see the video in de background of my content section.
    The video is only playing when I look at the website in a private browser.

    And when the video is loading the “pauze” button is showing.
    How can I disable the pauze button while loading the videp?

    The video is playing fine on my end using Chrome, how can we reproduce the problem you are having?

    Hi,

    You can use (Email address hidden if logged out) , just remember to post the login details here in the thread.

    A conflict with your caching plugin is possible yes, does it work if you disable the plugin?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. Did you try changing different settings in the plugin? Lazy loading could be turned off for example? I would try reaching out to the plugin developers as well to see if they might have a solution for you.
