Video background black on safari – desktop and ipad

Hello,

I have tried looking through all the forums but I cannot find a solution for my problem, so thank you very much in advance for any help you can give.

My problem relates to this page https://truii.com/

I am using a full width and height color section with a video background as my banner and after a lot of messing around I have it playing in all browsers except Safari. On desktop and ipad, the fallback image displays for a second before the container turns black. On mobile the fallback image displays.

When I check the console there is an error that appears to relate to a loop option in shortcodes.js.
