    Hey hey

    Im trying to use a video in the background with countdown on top of the video (playcing video in color section). i want the video to autoplay with the music. if it is better i can play the video in a slider, but it also have to autostart and play sound. is there any way i can do one of those?

    The autoplay video with sound is discouraged and disabled by many browsers.

    hey hey

    thanks for the answer. we have tried to play a slide or in a color section, but we cannot get the slides to go automatic and the color section plays without sound (and no change to turn the sound on) and it shows the play button, in the middle of the screen, all the time (but it starts automatically). can we have buttons that turns on the sound? (then it would work for us (and without the play button).

    We also have problem playing the video on a mobile. it will not even play when we click/touch the screen.

    ive includet access to the side in the “private content” section.

    We are going to launch the webside today but we have not solved the problems with the video and the sound. have you had any change to look at it?

    Hi,
    Sorry for the late reply, there is a possibly to un-mute the sound for your background video in your color section, but it will most likely have to be a “click” action. This is because of the limitations on auto playing videos in the browsers.
    Please try following the instructions on this post

    Another option is the test page I built for you, please see the link in the Private Content area. I used the “fullscreen slider” and added your video with a title “click to watch” and I added the countdown timer in the caption with this shortcode:

    On click it will play the video with sound. You could have the video auto play, but it won’t play the sound on click because of the browser limitations.

    thanks for the answer, mike. the is one problem and thad is showing it on a mobile. i dont get it to work on my mobile. what do i have to do to play the film there?
