I realise that this is a recurring problem with this theme, as I’ve seen a lot of threads about it in this forum. To sum up, the problem is, that the product picture does not change, when switching variations, and it only happens when using the Enfold theme.

The threads i’ve looked at, does not seem to contain solutions to the versions of Enfold/WordPress,WooCommerce I have (4.5.1, 5.2.2 and 3.6.5).

It doesn’t help changing shop layout to WooCommerve 3.0 as suggested in a lot of other threads.

    Hey Nickolai,

    Have you seen this thread?

Yes, nothing usefull as far as I see. I’ve already tried selecting the standard WooCommerce 3.0 shop style, and deactivating all plugins.

So, is this the level of commitment I can expect from your support, or will someone actually help me with the problem???

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delay.

Did you set the Enfold > Shop Options > Product gallery settings to use the “Woocommerce 3.0 Gallery”? This option is working properly on our end.

Please post the login details in the private field so that we can check the issue.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

Yes I already tried that, but it doesn’t help

    Hi,

The image switch works properly. We set the “Product gallery” to “Woocommerce 3.0 Gallery” and created a variable product. (see private field)

    Best regards,
    Ismael

OK I see now that I wasn’t aware that you had to select all variation properties to get it to change. Normally you’d expect the image to change when changing either one of the variation properties, which is what I see on some other themes that I tested. I don’t suppose that this behavior is something that can be changed?

    Hi,

That’s how variable product works ever since. Please check the documentation for more info.

    // https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/

    Thank you for the update.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
