Using specific blog category layout

I am having a issue trying to find a solution to my problem. I thought this was offered out of the box with enfold, which I thought I saw somewhere on a demo. I have 800 posts I have to do this for so using the “Read More” WP tag isn’t really viable for me.

So basically I need the default cat page to look like this, where It has the image on left, “Read More” with a expert instead of showing the entire post.
