I’m reading the documentation and what I need is:
“Only the 2 toggles “permanent hiding message bar” and “enable essential cookies” selected, all other unchecked, services blocked until user accepts settings.”
I can not find these toggles, I’ll attach an image.

Which version of the theme are you running? If it’s not 4.7.6.1 then please update to that: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update
